Brethren,

      Best wishes to everyone.  May all of us enjoy the year 2008 and embrace our duties and responsibilities.  Let us define our love, devotion to our love ones, our fraternity and community.

      As we embarked to the year 2008, perhaps we seldom noticed the changes that occurred for the past 365 days.  Every day and in every minute there are some changes.  Some are significant and some are infinitesimal.  Change in Genesis Lodge is everyone’s concern.  The life of our lodge is the conviction of the members.   Without commitments, the lodge is lifeless.

     Every year a master is elected and all dreamed for a successful term.  My brothers, we cannot do anything that our lodge can be proud of without you.  To accomplish our goals we need to work together. The individual spoke of a bicycle wheel is tiny and bendable, but when all the spokes are properly in place will carry its prescribed load.  A length of a chain is useless itself, just a piece of metal?  But when assembled as a chain, it will carry the heavy payload it is designed for.

      Brethren, the best tool I know for all of us is communication.  Let us open the channel of communication and get involved.  Like to an orchestra, members are obliged to play their instrument music pieces.  Let us do our part to its best.  Thus, we produce the desired sound and harmony for the success of Genesis Lodge.
